Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days for most cities.

For remote areas, delivery may take 5–7 business days.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

For orders below Rs. 3,000, a standard shipping fee will apply (shown at checkout).

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.

You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

❌ Undelivered Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, phone number, or refusal to accept reshipping charges will apply.
